When Jaqi and Kevin Clements welcomed their identical twin girls 9 years ago, many people predicted that their daughters would make a name for themselves in the modelling industry.
Apart from their adorable and unique features, the Clements twins were also born with green eyes, the rarest eye colour in the world.
Only 2 percent of the world population has green eyes.

The Clements twins were born prematurely on July 7, 2010, in California, USA
Fortunately, the girls were healthy and did not suffer from any health complications despite being born prematurely
“They were born 4 and a half weeks earlier, but knowing their personalities today, I just understood and thought it made sense that they would show up early, without announcements, and be prepared to take over anything,” Jaqi said.
Jaqi and Kevin then named their twin girls Ava Marie and Leah Rose
Since the twins were still babies, they always received compliments and admiration from friends, family and even strangers
Some even went as far as offering to sign the twin girls to modelling agencies
Jaqi declined the idea of seeing her daughters as models as they were too young. Nevertheless, she decided to give it a try when Ava Marie and Leah Rose turned six months old.
However, as the mother found it hard to juggle between taking care of the twins and their 2-year-old brother, Chase Robert, Jaqi felt that it was not the right time for the girls to become models yet
It was not until seven years later on July 7, 2017 that Jaqi took it as a sign
She later set up an Instagram account for the twins and it did not take long before their followers started to rack up
In just less than six months, Leah Rose and Ava Marie already had over 139,000 followers on their Instagram account.
By the end of 2017, the twins had 1.1 million followers on Instagram alone
Jaqi later asked the twins if they were up for modelling before she reached out to their acquaintances in the industry and managed to get two offers from two different modelling agencies.
“I presented my idea to the girls that if they were up for it, in addition to their dance classes and swim team practices they had every week, they could give modelling a try,” Jaqi wrote in 2017.
“I was not surprised at all when they started jumping up and down and couldn’t wait to begin.”
Nevertheless, since they were still young, Jaqi would make sure her daughters went to school as usual and only do their photoshoots and gigs during weekends or after school ends to ensure the twins do not miss their classes
If the twins get a gig from the agency, they will have teachers brought to the set to help the twins get their homework done
It certainly has not been easy for the girls and Jaqi as they have to drive for 2 hours to get to Los Angeles as this is where most of their gigs and photoshoots are done.
When the twins first started their modelling career, Jaqi shared that she took the girls’ photos with her phone or camera.
Today, she prefers to have a professional photographer to take photos of the girls
Thanks to their effort and sacrifices, the girls have modelled for various popular brands like Crocs , Sandcastle Magazine , Target , Skechers , Recess Kids and many more in the last two years
The twins are not the only ones with beautiful and unique features in their family.
It appears that everyone in the Clements family is blessed with good genes and gorgeous looks
Their brother, Chase, is also signed to the same modelling agency as his sisters.
It has not been long since Ava Marie and Leah Rose started modelling but the girls have already been dubbed as “the world’s most beautiful girls” by their followers
Joining the ranks of young models being hailed as the world’s most beautiful children with likes of Russian child model, Anna Pavaga, the Clements twins are definitely on the right path to become some of the world’s renowned models in the future!
