“I put that video out there as a way for people to forget about it all for 5 minutes and just have a reason to smile,” said her grandmother.
We all love kids since they are always happy and sometimes make such pure actions from the bottom of their hearts, that they just melt us down and make us forget the busy adult world for a little while. Anyone who has a kid had probably participated at their kid’s preschool graduation after all is a really important thing to take place to, as the kid is building up the character for the future.
What this five-year-old girl did during her preschool graduation, not only made the audience have a great time, but also made her viral on the internet. “Give her an audience, she’ll give you a show,” said her grandmother Martina, about her, naturally born performer niece. The graduation took place at Lebanon Presbyterian Church in Ohio and as the kids were singing a really popular kids songs called “Tooty Ta”, little Lily performed a quite different style from the original, transforming it to a swag of her own.
“The song starts with thumbs up, then move to elbows back, feet apart, knees touching, tongue out,” said Occupational therapist Karen Dobyns, as she encouraged parents and teachers to teach this song to their kids after she saw Lily dancing. While Lily stole the whole show, her grandmother decided to record her and put the video on Facebook, which then got viral and got more than 12 million views, making every adult crack a smile. “I put that video out there as a way for people to forget about it all for 5 minutes and just have a reason to smile,” said her grandmother.
