Mysterious Illness Strikes MAGA Supporters after Trump Rally

Multiple MAGA supporters have mysteriously fallen ill after attending a rally held by former President Donald Trump in Tucson, Arizona. The illness has left both the victims and campaign officials puzzled, raising questions about what could have caused the outbreak.

According to a report by Newsweek, numerous attendees of the September 12th rally have sought medical attention due to symptoms such as eye discomfort, facial swelling, and itching. The event, which brought together over 2,000 people in scorching 100+ degree heat, has raised concerns that close contact may have played a role in spreading some form of illness among the crowd.

Campaign officials are currently investigating the source of the outbreak, while the Secret Service has stated that there was no known threat prior to the rally.

Interestingly, the rally was organized in a way that placed 48 attendees on stage behind President Trump, with half on one side and half on the other. Surprisingly, those on stage left have not reported any symptoms, while those on stage right have described experiencing “excruciating pain in their eyes.”

Mayra Rodriguez, a former Planned Parenthood director who now supports Trump, shared her own harrowing experience, describing how her eyes began to burn and her vision became impaired after the rally. Concerned that she may have been exposed to mace or some other aerosol substance, she sought medical help at a local hospital.

Days after the incident, Rodriguez continues to suffer from pain and impaired vision. Another attendee simply described the symptoms as “horrible,” while a man on stage right expressed his agony, saying, “My eyes were red like hell, it was terrible, I just couldn’t handle it.”

Kathleen Winn, a Trump supporter and former congressional candidate, expressed sympathy for her fellow rally-goers and fervently hoped that the outbreak was not intentional, stating, “We hope there’s no nefarious actors in this and this is not a strategic hit.”

During the rally, President Trump renewed his promise to eliminate taxes on tips for service workers, a policy that gained popularity and was quickly adopted by Vice President Kamala Harris, who was also in town that evening for a private reception.

These dueling campaign appearances took place amidst a tight race in the battleground state of Arizona. A September 17th poll showed Trump and Harris tied at 46%, though an average of various polls gives Trump a slight 0.8% lead. MAGA supporters in the state are also anticipating a boost in turnout from U.S. Senate candidate Kari Lake’s campaign, as they believe their votes could be crucial in deciding the outcome of the election.

The mystery illness that afflicted these MAGA supporters has left a sense of uncertainty and concern in its wake. As investigations continue, everyone is hoping for answers and a resolution to this puzzling incident.
