If someone is in the service industry they would understand that at one point of time they have to face some rude customers. Even they have training about it so that they could learn how to handle it calmly. Here is one such incident which happened at an airport when United Airline flight was cancelled. A single airline agent was single handily managing a huge line of angry customers. Then out of the blue, this airline agent was confronted by a rude man. This man wanted this flight and that too in first class. The single airline agent tried to convince him that he would have to wait as there are other customers in line who were waiting patiently. But the rude man was unimpressed with the answer. But what the airline agent did next taught him a good lesson. The agent deserves a medal for that.
