Bruce Willis’ health is deteriorating, and his family is praying for a Christmas miracle

Everyone is hoping for the best for Bruce Willis when the world learnt that the Die Hard actor had aphasia, a disorder that impairs communication.

Sadly, the diagnosis signalled the end of his wealthy and incredibly prosperous Hollywood career.

Bruce’s family posted the tragic information on Instagram to share the devastating news with the fans.

They wrote, “To Bruce’s amazing supporters, as a family we wanted to share that our beloved Bruce has been experiencing some health issues and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia, which is impacting his cognitive abilities,” adding that he’ll be “stepping away from the career that has meant so much to him.”

The statement further read: “This is a really challenging time for our family and we are so appreciative of your continued love, compassion and support. We are moving through this as a strong family unit, and wanted to bring his fans in because we know how much he means to you, as you do to him.

Bruce has been taken care of by his wife Emma Heming Willis who is always by his side, although she has admitted that she don’t have it easy, as well as Bruce’s ex-wife Demi Moore with whom he shares three daughters.

People close to the family say that Demi spends a lot of time with Bruce and when she’s unable to be by his side she is in touch with Emma, with whom she is very close.

They all hope to get as much time with the Pulp Fiction star as they can as his health is deteriorating, according to sources close to the family who also claim that “Bruce can’t say much, and it doesn’t appear like he understands much of what people say,” so Emma serves as his spokesperson and communicator.

“There are occasions when they catch glimmers of the old Bruce, but they are few and far between,” the sources claimed. “The girls can’t envision Christmas without Bruce,” they added.

For the actor’s family, things become worse as Christmas gets closer. His elder daughters miss their old dad, who was always there for them and ridiculed them about their companions.

The family is praying for a Christmas miracle and so are we.
