Best ways to relieve the annoying back pain after a long day at the office.

Stretching your muscles not only promotes blood circulation which relieves your muscles, but your body will also produce a chemical which will make you feel better.

Back pain is like mosquitos, every one of us on this beautiful planet of ours will get bitten at least one time by a mosquito during their lifetime. But while some back pains are there only for a short period of time, others seem to just not go away, making it impossible for you to spend your day right. Well here are a few tricks to bypass the back pain quickly and feel like new again.

Relax your back. While most of us are constantly walking around, standing on our feet or sitting at a desk for eight hours, there are only a few of us who truly understand the kind of damage that this can do to our back muscles. You need to find some time to relax your back, by laying down and putting a pillow below your knees, or if you are laying on your side, put the pillow between your legs. One other trick is to use a tennis ball. I know, it sounds weird and not worth trying but trust me, it can be a lifesaver. So what you want to do is to place lay down and put the tennis ball at the area that you are feeling the pain. This will work a little bit like a massage and will relax your frozen muscles, taking the pain away.

Stretching is the most important thing to keep on mind if your day consists of regularly staying eight hours or more, sitting down at a desk. You should do it early in the morning and before you go to sleep. Stretching your muscles not only promotes blood circulation which relieves your muscles, but your body will also produce a chemical which will make you feel better.
