Inheriting Special Clocks

BROTHER RECEIVED THE HOUSE AND THE WHOLE MONEY IN THE BANK ACCOUNT WHILE SISTER ONLY RECEIVED RUSTY CLOCKS

Linda and her brother Jack were at their grandmother’s lawyer, for the will reading. Jack never showed love against his grandmother, Marlene, while Linda took care of her when she needed help the most.

When Linda and Jack visited her before she passed away, Jack didn’t even bother to buy some groceries for her while Linda take a break from her school and stayed for her grandmother to care for her.

Marlene was sick, and she was not able to care for her home. With the money Linda saved for her school expenses, she renovated her grandmother’s home as her roof was leaking and some windows had cracks on them.

While Linda was helping to Marlene with all her power, Jack didn’t even call them. Marlene passed away few months after Linda started to stay with her, but she was grateful for the time Linda spent and cared for her.

At the lawyer’s office, when the will was read, both Jack and Linda were shocked. Jack received the whole bank accounts and the house while Linda only received a note. The lawyer told Jack that before he could have the house, Linda has a right to take the items Marlene left to her.

Jack didn’t care as he received over $250,000.

When Linda went back to Marlene’s house, she found a box at the location where Marlene wrote on the note the lawyer gave to Linda. In the box, there were many antique clocks, and a note.

“My dear Linda. These clocks are antique and there are more than 30 clocks in the box. Your grandpa Frank collected these and almost each of them are older than 100 years. A piece would worth more than $35,000. Use it well. With Love, Marlene.”
